Thus raising children with a dream of a future, as good citizens, who

beautiful world. But without you all, we are as nothing. But a raindrop
in the sky, waiting on the sun to rise. And dry up all the rain, as
feeding our crops to give us nourishment for a new season to begin.

Recruitment of Orphans
Recruitment of the orphans has opened even more. There
are those amongst us that still take HIV/Aids and death
as a taboo. They do not want to come forward and talk
about it. To some extent, it is traumatizing especially
where we have "closed the door" this means that the
whole family has been wiped out and the door is
officially closed. Where the door is half opened, we
have grandmother taking care, in most cases, she is old
and unhealthy, thus depending on well wishers for any
support.
At this point you find children are malnourished, sick, hungry and not attending schools though of age. We have recruited 300 young girls from my village whom we need to sponsor in dressmaking and design at village local colleges. at the cost $ 100 per girl
These are girls that their parents died when they are already in primary school for basic education and they were not able to go to Secondary School due to lack of fund, if nothing is done they will end up being cheated by old men with as little as half a dollar for sex and because they are frustrated out of School and no college they end up opening for the men and by bad luck either they become pregnant or sometimes end up having AIDS and this was the main reason of ask donors to sponsor them to dressmaking and design college.

I am sending this to you As my Brothers and Sisters in the Christ.I'm sure that you must value living in such a quiet and peaceful neighborhood,
just like I do.
You know, sometimes in order to keep one's community "quiet and peaceful" one has to take action. That's what this letter is all about - taking action -
community action.
By now, via media reports and word of mouth you must be aware of the significant increase in house break-ins and robberies with violence, world wide over the past couple of
years. In fact, the break-in and robberies with violence rate has more than doubled over the past two years. According to the police this is just a sign of the times as the economic
downturn continues and local businesses and factories continue to close their doors for good.
As you may know, Francis and Michele Orphan smile Committee has been meeting over the past two years to try to find the cause, and ways to reduce the break-in and robberies we aim to give the children hope, in a very uncertain world.

Acres. At beginning of this year they released their recommendations on how best to combat that problem. Their primary recommendation was to create sports activities, where Orphan children and young men can be trained in various sporting, Their recommendation was based by report from police informers which made it clear that 70% of the crimes are being comitted by grown up orphan children
Therefore, I as Pastor and a concerned member of this community I decided that We starts sporting, Especially foot ball in the Orphanage Home my business was tol take the lead in assisting with, reaching friends who may be willing to help this children get out of crime activities by ask them to donate ,$1, $5, $10, $20 or even more to meet the cost of purchasing sports equipment.
I was blessed to reach our Brother in Christ, who are ready give help this year, and many other friends all from USA,

Club History
Formed in 10th Junuary 2011Formed, with the intention of providing football for all the young persons who are orphan in our community of SIAYA COUNTY and its environs, regardless of race. A joint effort from members of the Francis and Michele Orphan Smile along with neighboring villages.
Under the relatively inexperienced guidance of Eluide Adimba along with the backing of the Committee, the Club’s initial vision was clear.
Children were able to start their love for sport in general, and football in particular, within the Club at 4 years of age! In fact, in excess of 80 children are currently registered to the club, all being given a regular opportunity to play football regardless of ability.
With the key focus on providing fun, as well as football, for all, Foot Ball Club many talented young players and managers pass through such club, and there are many perfect examples of a real ‘team’ atmosphere within Club In particular, witness the excellent spirit within the friends and supporters of the team.
From a small group of Church members providing football for these orphan children a local milestone has been born. Memories that last a lifetime have been formed. With the continued hard work of the Committee and other influences, The team Coach history reputation and vision is still expanding, making tomorrow better for today's children.
Currently, the club are in the planning to put up playing ground at 4 acre land which we have identify at the reasonable purchasing price, with 5 changing rooms, a Coaching Room and Meeting facilities. We are on the process of organizing fund raising to raise £30,000 from various fund-raising activities to be organised by the Club, along with donations from friends, there is still much to be done e.g. electrical wiring, plumbing etc. The total estimated sum to complete the entire work is. of £50,,000 and the club will continue to pray so that it raise this money as quickly as possible.
Any assistance you could give the club would be genuinely appreciated and gratefully received and would go a long way to ensuring that the club could continue to offer this opportunity to many children in rural.

Francis and Michele Orphan Smile Progress For The Year 2011
We have completed yet another year of community development, amidst difficult Global Economic times.
We have made strides in the area of sustainability with the purchase of one and half acres of land at the cost KSH 850,000 Where we plan to construct 8 fish pond pending availability of the fund.
As we are aware that today Donors contribute direct program implementation, which leaves meeting of core cost to organizations.
It is in the spirit of this That Francis and Michele Orphan Smile purchase one and half acres of land to put up income generating project such as Fish ponds, Farming all type of cash crops, That will purely runs on social enterprises principles.
We have also created Small magnet theatre programs, as we believe theatre create space for young people to express themselves in bid to know their HIV status as well as stay alive.
We plan to invites THE IMMEDIATE FRIENDLY Organization such as Japanese to provides volunteers young per educators who will give training to our young men and ladies, in seven location within SIAYA COUNTY. Francis and Michele Orphan Smile, Continued on the path of self sustainability, through its Orphan feeding programs that now feeds 50 orphans directly and over 40 orphans indirectly through foster families, as well as supporting widows living with HIV/AIDS through food rations as well as working on its income generating project in form of Farming cash crops and fish ponds. To enable it achieve self sustainability in future.
2011 has been an eventual year for us in the one year of our existence as community based organization.
Our beneficiaries who are orphan children and widows living with HIV/AIDS. As well as the surrounding community, values our flexibility and approach.
We straight to the source of the problems, and tackling poverty at its roots, This is the reason we have put health at the core of our activities.
We are guided by the principles that an unhealthy nation can not be productive.
Our Consistently high quality community based development projects make us unique. Our core activities benefits the orphan and widows living with HIV/AIDS directly, from shelters, foods, clothing, education and health care
The year 2011 we were able to significantly increase our beneficiary base, in spite of very difficult financial times.
We have increased the number of widows living with HIV/AIDS on ARVS from 20 to 30.
Francis and Michele Orphan smile will continues its up ward growth touching the lives, making, a difference on day-to-day basis in the smallest way possible, In an era of extreme poverty, health is compromised and gain made could lost hunger is on increase and Education escape many vulnerable people, Francis and Michele orphan smile, comes in handy to do the little it can, that goes along way in making life possible.
We will continues to provides ARVS, but our worries is the disastrous effects because widows and children on drugs have no enough food to eat.
Convoy of Christ Ministry
I was at a highest of highs a couple of Sundays ago, as I sat on the lawn with our Sunday school youth group, teaching and preaching about God's grace. The kids were all full of interest, laughter and singing. It made me feel so proud of what we had achieved so far at Convoy of Christ Ministry
AND then the rain came down... And I realized how much we really needed to add onto our small building to accommodate for our ever growing number of youth members,
And this is the reason why I am writing to you now, to request your help, with either a donation of funds or a donation of building material, towards the extending of our Church building. For the past One year now we have placed great emphasis on attracting and building our number of youth members, as we believe that the youth in any church is of extreme importance! I'm sure you know of how important the youth is to any community... They are the future after all.
This development has been a great success and our youth group has slowly grown to a number that we can now be proud of! But unfortunately, it has also grown to a size that we cannot accommodate for anymore in our small Church Building. So the time has now come for us to do some developments and extend the building.
But we can obviously not do this without the help of outside funding. So please would you be able to help us by sponsoring a section of the building extension or by donating some of the building material needed for it!
The cost to build this extension is going to be $20,000 and to raise these funds we have broken the structure up into five different sections of which we are looking for sponsorships for each! Each section is going to cost $9,000 for section) and as a reward for sponsoring the section you will receive a plaque placed in the building entrance.
All sponsors will also receive free advertising on our website and in our newsletters.
By sponsoring and helping us build this extension you will be helping the kids in such a big way! Being a Christian yourself, I am sure you will understand the importance of giving our children a good grounding in our beliefs about Christ and the Lord, and this is what our Church's main goal is! We want to teach the children in the best way possible and help them to develop into strong and honest Christian adults.
With this new extension we will be able to provide for these kids in a much better way. There will be no more interruptions or cancellations due to weather, the cold during winter will be less of an issue, and quite simply an indoors building with seats and proper facilities will just mean so much for the children, they will feel so much more wanted!
As Abraham 12 year Orphan Boy from our youth, says, "Sunday school is something which I can't wait for each week. I get to see all my friends, laugh, play and learn about Jesus! The stories that are told are so exciting and I love learning about Jesus and all the things he did. He is my Superhero! But then there are some days when the weather is ugly and our Sunday school gets cancelled... Those are my boring Sundays."

As you know, Francis and Michele Orphan Smile has been providing much needed services to orphan children and those in needy right here in our local community for 2 years. Each year, the number of orphan kids are increased,
At Francis and Michele orphan smile we cannot stand the thought of turning away the orphan kids who need our services simply because we do not have room to accommodate them. Because of the increasing need for assistance in the local area, Francis and Michele orphan smile has committed to expanding our facility so that we may fully serve the needs of orphan kids in community.
In order to fulfill our mission, we need to treat the issue as an urgent. we need your help. It is natural, therefore, that Francis and Michele Orphan Smile with its focus on Sustainability development engages volunteer staff and communities as natural development partners.
Maize is the staple food in Kenya. Large as well as small-scale farmers produce the crop and a large percentage of the population depends on maize as an income-generating crop.

It is also an export crop whose demand is on the increase for production of bio-fuels. Therefore we intend to have more than 1 acre of maize plantation for our own use as well as our cash crops which will generate fund to sustain the Orphanage Home in future.

Our Philosophy: Our Lord God Almighty is wonderful for He is indeed an Awesome God. Heaven and Earth cannot contain Him for He is greater than all that we see and know to be. His Majesty is glorious and His power is without measure. Our heavenly Father is holy and His love is everlasting. His wisdom surpasses all human comprehension. Heaven and Earth continuously sing His praises for He is worthy.
There is no one else like the Lord for He is indeed King of kings and Lord of lords. Men will search for peace in a time of turmoil, but they will only find it if they seek the Prince of Peace. True peace only comes from our Lord God Almighty and His peace surpasses all understanding. Seek the Lord with all of your heart and know that He is within your reach. Jesus is the Lord
We are a Chrisitian organisation, aiming to enable and empower our children to their fullest potential. We hope to create a holistic environment, to develop all rounded indivuals in a non judgemental, green and environmentally conscious climate.
By prioritizing as our main focus, a re-addressing of inequalities, in poverty and deprivation, as central to our community development core strategies. Whilst radically campaigning in emergency relief aid work.
You can imagine the setting. Parents are bringing babies, and letting their toddlers run up to Jesus, and Jesus would, with great joy, scoop them up and pray for them. When Jesus did this once, other parents saw it and came down toward the front. They wanted this for their children, too, for their children were often with them in the audience.
But the disciples would have none of it. Jesus was about important business -- teaching and healing. They couldn't allow this work to be interrupted by mere children constantly running up. They began to stop the little children, and tell off the parents in no uncertain terms. The word translated "rebuked" is Greek epitimao, "to express strong disapproval of someone, 'rebuke, reprove, censure,' also 'speak seriously, warn' in order to prevent an action or bring one to an end.I can imagine the scene. Red-faced disciples have arrogantly told off the parents and instructed them to control their children in the presence of such an important teacher as Jesus. And then Jesus rebukes the rebukers and calls the children back to him -- "Come here, children...." -- while the frustrated disciples stand powerless to stop it. They are supposed to do crowd control and Jesus is keeping them from doing their job. What are they to do?
The little children run past the disciples, over to Jesus' lap -- he usually sits when he teaches -- and snuggle up close to him, while Jesus lays his hands on them and prays for them. Soon all the children in the entire crowd have run up to Jesus and are crowding around him, waiting for his touch and a prayer. How beautiful!"[7]

PASTOR FRANCIS BACK HISTORY
Pastor Francis Ouma Ooko was born on 28th August 1966 in family of three boys he was the third born of the family,
I went to Mengo Primary School in Uganda 1972, But due to instability in Uganda my Father decided to leave Uganda to our rural home,Central Alego of Siaya County in Kenya, Where I join Nyathi Primary School, after finishing my primary education in 1979 I joined Ambira High School 1980, I finished my Secondary education in 1985,
I was employed at Directorate Of Civil Aviation as Artisan Grade one, where I worked till the year 2001. When I resign and joined Tourist firm known as Planet Safaris and Adventure as freelance Driver This was the year I surrendered my life to God, I rented Structures made of metals as our prayer room, at the second largest Slum village After Kebera in Nairobi (Korogocho), Where the majority of my church members were widows living with HIV/AIDS and their children, the plight of children with touched my heart, and my heart talk to me that something need to be done to help this children I started to put up the structure under Electricity power line, because the land does not belong to any body, the next year 2003 the number of orphans and street children increased from 30 to 80.
God visited me with miracle the same year when I was on line of my duty as driver, The owner of the Planet Safaris Mr. James Njaaga Njau ask me to accompanied other drivers who were taking group of 60 American Missionaries to different National Game Reserves. The group leader was Man very short like Lazaro of the Bible, I wanted to know more about this man and his mission.
The next day when He was praying for the whole group, I decided to join them for prayer, that was the time I found opportunity to talk to this man, but to my surprise this man told me all my problems, and how I am trying to help orphan children but due to scars of the money I am unable to help them.
Then when the trip come to an end this people donated $ 700 and given to me to help me continue feeding the orphan.
This was the beginning of my association with orphan children in Kenya as from Nairobi to Kisumu.
Bellow are my stories and photos of all I have done including putting up Children Home at the cost valued to be $ 90,000 on the Land I came to realize latter that was belong to Airport Authority, and I was coned, by Con men Operating in Kisumu city as Land Agent I lost Millions of fund to the crooks: Brothers when you go through the story bellow and photos you may understand how God is great:
